Future Choice Drinking Water Manufacturing Plant, a fully automatic plant with the RO capacity of 95,100 US GPD/15000 LPH has the capacity of 12000 BPH. The water from the raw water storage tank is pumped through a series of filters like MGF and ACF and then goes through Reverse Osmosis System to bring down the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). It is then dosed with an Antiscalant Doser to prevent scaling and choking due to Silica Content. A line from the Carbon Filter is then drawn and connected to the Reverse Osmosis Process outlet. We keep the range lesser if the taste is better according to palatability. And later it is passed through Ultraviolet Water Disinfection System for Terminal Disinfection and then goes for processing. It is then stored in a Product tank where it is ozonised in is prior to the Micron Filters. This has an added advantage because Ozone kills bacteria 3000 times faster than chlorine and it also oxidizes all other heavy metals present in the water. After Reverse Osmosis, UV treatment and ozonation process the water will be sent to the filling machine after which the process is followed by BOPP Machine for labelling and shrink wrapping for bottling and packaging.
